Control 

Our traditional sourcing service is closely tied to our expertise in quality control. Furniture Sourcing Indonesia (FSI) prides itself in the knowledge and a understanding of what a product’s quality should be, for its given price in the wood and furniture industry. Moreover, we also have the essential technological tools needed to monitor and inspect effectively.

Issues such as “checking” or “cracking” or the monitoring of “dry film thickness” for lacquered and painted finishes, are prevalent in the furniture and wood industry. And these are just examples of what we offer in our services.

Quality Control Report

Realtime reports from our visits to the suppliers are generated in an automated and standardized system. After completion, the reports are sent directly to our clients and the supplier in order to ensure transparency and better communication for both parts.

Quality Control (QC) team will also receive a copy of the report, if any corrections are requested before the items can be finally approved. Approval of packaging and shipping; we provide our own exclusive QC sticker, which carries a unique number identification, a signature, date of inspection and a hologram.

This all allows for an easier system to identify where there may have been any complications.
